1. Information We Collect
Garuda Lockwatch Anti-Theft Guard collects device GPS location coordinates, front camera selfie photos taken upon unauthorized unlock attempts, SIM card ICCID serial numbers, and real-time battery status strictly for anti-theft tracking, device security, and recovery purposes.
2. Camera & Photo Usage
The front-facing camera is triggered silently ONLY when an incorrect PIN/passcode threshold is exceeded or when an unauthorized SIM card swap occurs. Captured suspect photos are uploaded securely to your private database and emailed directly to your registered alert email address.
3. Real-Time Background Location Access
Location telemetry is accessed in the background to provide live GPS coordinates on your interactive tracking map and draw route trails during emergency lost phone events.
4. Data Security & Third Parties
Garuda Surveillance does not sell, lease, or share your personal data, photos, or location logs with third-party advertisers. All telemetry and photo uploads are transmitted over encrypted TLS connections.
